French Desk

  • French Desk

TMI Associates has set up a French Desk in its Tokyo Office to provide both its Japanese clients investing in France, and French clients operating in Japan, with direct and effective advice.

Accordingly, the legal services provided by the French Desk include any advice related to French and European laws for Japanese companies and also include assisting French companies active in Japan in all areas of Japanese business law described below.

TMI Associates, through the French Desk, is able to provide comprehensive legal services and to communicate effectively with its clients while also anticipating its clients’ needs by understanding the laws of their respective jurisdiction as well.

Moreover, thanks to the French Desk’s extensive network with government bodies, law firms and accounting firms throughout France, TMI Associates has established a system that allows it to respond promptly and appropriately to all its clients’ requests.
