Tomoko NARITA


Overview

Tomoko Narita has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients in an array of industries on labor and employment law matters, and regularly represents clients in litigation and arbitrations.

She works closely with clients to tailor and implement effective strategies on various employment law related issues such as the establishment and operation of personnel systems, hiring, change of employment conditions, harassment claims, employee disciplinary issues, termination decisions, and the planning and implementation of restructuring and reductions in force.

Clients rely on her practical and effective advice, and also on her strong ability to communicate fluently in English which she gained from her experience living and studying in the United States for a total of over 10 years.
