Overview

Mariko Eto is recognized as a “next generation lawyer” for labor and employment in Legal 500.

Ms. Eto has practiced in the area of labor and employment and general corporate law for 14 years.  She is known for her practical approach and firm understanding of client needs based on her experience working for a large Japanese public company.  Her practice extends to many aspects of labor and employment law, including advising employers and investors on employment issues in M&As including distressed M&As, representing employers in litigation and proceedings at administrative agencies, assisting collective bargaining negotiations with trade unions, and carrying out internal investigations of employee misconduct .

An engaging speaker, Ms. Eto frequently gives seminars regarding employment issues.
