TMI総合法律事務所は、関連組織として「TMIコンサルティング株式会社」及びベトナム現地法人の「TMI Consulting Vietnam Co., Ltd.」を設立しましたので、お知らせいたします。

「TMIコンサルティング」は、当事務所の海外拠点で培った実務経験とネットワークを活かし、企業の海外進出やM&A、投資戦略を支援するために設立されました。TMIグループの一員として、東南アジア、南アジア、アフリカその他の新興国市場へのクロスボーダーM&AやFDI投資について、地方公共団体や関連機関と連携し、法務に加え、戦略策定から現地実行まで、日本と現地から一貫したサポートを提供します。現地では、ベトナム法人に加え、今後タイ法人、フィリピン法人の開設も予定しています。

Announcement of the Establishment of TMI Consulting Co., Ltd.

TMI Associates is pleased to announce the establishment of two affiliated organizations: “TMI Consulting Co., Ltd.” (“TMI Consulting”) and TMI Consulting Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“TMI Consulting Vietnam”), a local subsidiary in Vietnam of TMI Consulting.

TMI Consulting was established to leverage the practical expertise and networks cultivated through our overseas offices, with the aim of supporting corporate overseas expansion, M&A, and investment strategies. As a member of the TMI Group, TMI Consulting will collaborate with local governments and related institutions to provide seamless, end-to-end support for cross-border M&A and foreign direct investment (FDI) into Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and other emerging markets. This support covers not only legal matters but also strategy formulation to on-the-ground execution, delivered both from Japan and locally. In addition to the Vietnam subsidiary, we plan to establish subsidiaries in Thailand and the Philippines.
