当事務所はGmail等のフリーメールやSNSを使ってご連絡することはございませんので、十分ご注意ください。

当事務所または当事務所の弁護士等を名乗る者より、お心当たりのない連絡を受けた場合は、安易に返信や情報提供を行わず、必ず送信元や連絡内容をご確認ください。
また、ウェブサイトやリンクにアクセスする際は、URL（ドメイン名）を必ずご確認ください。当事務所の公式ウェブサイトのURLは下記の通りです。

• 当事務所弁護士の写真を不正利用したWEBサイト、SNSアカウントが発見された事例
• 当事務所の弁護士を名乗る人物よりSNSを通じて新規案件相談をもちかけるといった事例
• 当事務所の弁護士を名乗る人物による投資をもちかける事例
• 詐欺/フィッシングサイトと推察されるサイトにおいて、当事務所名、当事務所弁護士名やメールアドレスが記載された事例
• 当事務所を騙り、相談者をフリーダイヤルや無料通信アプリへ誘導する偽サイト
• 当事務所を騙り、過去の詐欺事件被害者に対し、解決のための供託金や弁護士報酬をアプリや暗号資産で送金するよう求める電話
• 有料情報等サイトの未回収金に関する代金請求又は退会請求などと称して当事務所の弁護士及び弁理士が法的措置を担当することとなったとする電子メール
• 当事務所の弁護士を名乗る人物による有料情報等サイトの代金請求や過払い金事件を装った電話

[Important Notice] Warning Regarding Fraudulent Activities Impersonating Our Firm and Our Lawyers 
(As of February 20, 2026)

We have recently become aware of fraudulent activities involving individuals falsely claiming to represent our firm or our attorneys.

These unauthorized parties have used our firm’s name, our lawyers’ names, photographs, and other identifying information in an attempt to deceive our clients and members of the public.

Please note the following:

• Our firm does not contact clients or the public via free email services (such as Gmail) or social media platforms
• We do not solicit investments, request deposits or legal fees through messaging apps, cryptocurrency, or any unofficial channels
• We do not make unsolicited contact regarding new business opportunities or proposing legal services via free email services or social media platforms

We urge you to exercise extreme caution if you suspect receiving such an email or communication using our firm’s or our lawyers’ names.

If you receive an unexpected communication from someone claiming to be associated with our firm, please do not respond, provide any personal or financial information, or transfer any funds. Please ensure you carefully verify the sender’s identity and independently confirm the message’s authenticity before taking any action.

Also, before accessing our websites or clicking on any links claiming to be sent from our firm, or entering any information, please always carefully confirm the URL (domain name) exactly matches one of our official websites as follows:

Fraudulent websites may look similar to our official sites but use slightly altered domain names.

Examples of Reported Fraudulent Activity

• Unauthorized Use of Photos: Websites and social media accounts using photos of our firm’s attorneys without permission.
• Fraudulent Solicitation of New Projects: Individuals posing as our attorneys reaching out via social media to propose legal services, consultations or new business opportunities, etc.
• Investment Scams: Fraudulent solicitations by individuals posing as our attorneys, requesting investments.
• Phishing Sites: Fake websites and phishing websites displaying our firm’s name, our attorneys’ names, or fabricated email addresses.
• Deceptive Redirection Schemes: Fake websites impersonating our firm that attempt to redirect users to toll-free numbers or free messaging apps.
• Fraudulent Payment Demands: Phone calls impersonating our firm, targeting victims of previous fraud cases and demanding the transfer of “deposits” or legal fees via apps or cryptocurrency for “case resolution.”
• False Legal Notice Emails: Emails claiming that our attorneys or patent attorneys have been appointed to take legal action regarding unpaid fees or cancellation disputes involving paid information websites.
• Debt/Overpayment Impersonation Calls: Phone calls from individuals posing as our attorneys regarding billing for paid information sites or claiming to handle “overpayment (kabaraikin)” recovery claims.
