2026年3月17日（火）、TMI東京オフィスにて、New York University Law School のJacobson Leadership Programに基く学外訪問の一環として、同校のBruce Aronson教授の要請により、同プログラムで選抜された学生（J.D.及びMBA）の皆さまをお迎えし、特別講義を実施しました。

講義では、岩倉 正和 パートナー弁護士（一橋大学大学院法学研究科教授）および尾藤 正憲 パートナー弁護士が、様々な事例を交えながら M&A 実務等について講義し、学生さん達との間で活発な意見交換が行われました。

[News] Lecture for New York University Law School Students at TMI

On March 17, 2026, TMI’s Tokyo office welcomed selected students (J.D. and MBA) from New York University School in accordance with the Jacobson Leadership Program for a special lecture session per request of Professor Bruce Aronson.

Partners Masakazu Iwakura (Professor of Law at Hitotsubashi University, Graduate School of Law, Department of Business Law) and Masanori Bito spoke on M&A practice in Japan, using actual case examples.

After the formal presentation, an active and engaging discussion with the participants ensued.
