2026年6月1日（月）～9（火）、TMI東京オフィスにてSanta Clara University School of Law他の学生の皆さまをお迎えし、同校のサマープログラムのひとつとして講義を実施しました。

講義では、稲葉 良幸 パートナー弁理士が、日本の特許・商標制度や出願・権利化手続、侵害・ライセンス・紛争対応等について、実際の事例や実務上の留意点を交えながら解説しました。学生の皆さんとの質疑応答も行われ、知的財産実務への理解を深めていただきました。

[News] Lecture on Patent and Trademark Law for Students from Santa Clara University School of Law and Other Law Schools 

From June 1 to June 9, 2026, TMI’s Tokyo office welcomed students from Santa Clara University School of Law and other law schools as part of Santa Clara University School of Law’s summer program. Yoshiyuki Inaba, Partner and Patent Attorney, delivered lectures on Japan’s patent and trademark systems, including application and registration procedures, infringement issues, licensing, and dispute resolution, drawing on practical examples and insights from his experience. 

Following the lectures, an active Q&A session was held with the participants, providing an opportunity for the students to deepen their understanding of intellectual property practice in Japan.
