TMI総合法律事務所は、2025年10月1日付で広島県広島市に新たに広島オフィスを開設しますので、お知らせいたします。

広島は、中国地方の中核都市として瀬戸内工業地域の中心に位置し、自動車製造業をはじめとする多様なメーカー・企業が集積するほか、古くから造船・海運などの海事産業が盛んな地域であり、瀬戸内海に広がる「海事クラスター」の中心と言えます。さらに、今年3月にはJR広島駅周辺の再開発によりアクセス環境が向上し、インバウンド観光客も増加するなど、ますます活気にあふれる街へと発展を遂げています。今後さらなる経済の発展が見込まれる広島において、TMIは企業活動を法務の側面から支援してまいります。

広島オフィスには、労務・争訟はじめ企業法務をひろく専門とし、大手事業会社法務部への出向および英国への留学経験も持つ山口貴臣弁護士が常駐いたします。また、海事分野で豊富な実績を持ち、Legal500等の海外媒体でも高い評価を得ている長田旬平弁護士をはじめとする海事プラクティスグループの弁護士が東京オフィスからサポートを行い、同分野の案件について広島オフィスでも対応可能な体制を整えました。

Announcement of the Establishment of the Hiroshima Office

TMI Associates is pleased to announce the opening of its new Hiroshima Office on October 1, 2025.

Hiroshima, as the central city of the Chugoku region, is located at the heart of the Setouchi Industrial Area and hosts a wide range of manufacturers and companies, including the automotive industry.It is also historically known as a hub for shipbuilding and maritime industries, acting as the core of the “maritime cluster” in the Seto Inland Sea.With the redevelopment of the JR Hiroshima Station area earlier this year, accessibility has improved significantly, and the city is experiencing further growth with increasing numbers of inbound visitors.As Hiroshima continues to thrive as a vibrant and economically developing city, TMI is committed to supporting its corporate activities from a legal perspective.

The Hiroshima Office will be led by Takaomi Yamaguchi, an attorney with broad expertise in corporate legal affairs, including labor and dispute resolution, as well as experience gained from being seconded to the legal department of a major corporation and from studying in the UK.In addition, the office will be supported by the firm’s Maritime Practice Group, including Jumpei Osada, a highly recognized attorney in the maritime field who has been ranked in international publications such as Legal 500.This structure ensures that clients shall receive high-quality support in maritime matters directly through the Hiroshima Office.
