Recently, it has come to our attention that the Department of Business Development (DBD) has reported violations of the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999) (FBA) against several business operators to the Economic Crime Suppression Division of the Royal Thai Police in cases related to contract manufacturing.
